Dr Grace Castronovo

Hello, I’m Grace and I’m a GP Registrar based in Sussex. In recent years, I have acquired valuable experience in helping a variety of doctors improve their overall wellbeing through developing a series of focused workshops within my NHS trust and in association with the Royal College of GPs.

Having worked in the NHS for several years, I can recognise and emphasise with the difficulties faced by doctors, having personally experienced burnout. With support, I was able to find joy again and so can you. Your health and wellbeing matter too.
